Stuffed Mussels

Ingredients
1 lb. Confederation Cove mussels
1/2 cup of dry white wine
2 tblsp. olive oil
1 1/2 cups of bread crumbs
3 garlic cloves-minced
1 tbl. parsley-mnced
4 tbls. melted butter
Salt, and pepper
Directions
Steam mussels in olive oil and wine. Remove from shells and mix with bread crumbs, butter, garlic, and parsley. Moisten with mussel stock. Fill half shells with mixture and bake at 375F for 12-15 minutes. Enjoy
